Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Area
We deliver to Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Shipping Costs
We do not charge shipping costs. The prices stated in the offers are
total prices and include all price components, including statutory
value-added tax (VAT).

Delivery Time
Unless a different period is stated in the respective offer,
delivery takes place within 8–12 business days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of agreed
prepayment, from the time of your payment instruction). The processing time is
already included in this figure.

No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the
goods in a single shipment, unless otherwise agreed. In this case, the
delivery time is based on the item with the longest
delivery time.

Shipping From a Non-EU Country
Our goods are shipped from a country outside the European Union.
Import VAT and, where applicable, customs duties may be incurred on import; these
are collected by the delivery carrier upon delivery and must be paid by you.
